How can you go wrong with peach and bourbon? Cool down for summer with this refreshing Bourbon Peach Slush recipe from our "Cooking with Bourbon & Beer" cookbook.

Learn how to make peach slush with this easy and delicious recipe. It's a delicious slushy combination of peaches, ginger ale, and bourbon!

Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) package of frozen peaches
  • 1 C. chilled ginger ale
  • 4 oz. bourbon
  • juice of 1 lime

Directions

Dump 1 (16 oz.) package of frozen peaches into a blender container along with 1 cup chilled ginger ale, 4 ounces bourbon, 2 tablespoons sugar, and the juice of 1 lime.
Process until relatively smooth.

Pour into two big glasses. Slurp, let the brain freeze subside, and slurp some more. Yum! Makes 2 big servings.

Create your very own combinations by substituting the peaches for another frozen fruit (strawberries, raspberries, pineapple) and swapping the ginger ale for Sprite or Squirt.
